Fees
Advisory fees are charged as set out in the investment advisory agreement, within the limits and modes prescribed by SEBI. Fees are accepted only through banking channels to the account of [[Legal entity name, e.g. Easy Gain Investment Advisers Pvt. Ltd.]]. Cash payments are never accepted.
Termination
A client may terminate the advisory agreement at any time by giving written notice to [[hello@easygain.in]].
Refunds
On termination, fees for the unexpired period will be refunded in accordance with the advisory agreement and applicable SEBI regulations. [[Specify the refund calculation method, any breakage fee permitted under the regulations, and the refund timeline, e.g. within 7 working days.]]
Refunds are credited to the same bank account from which the fee was paid.
